Local Delivery (Florida)
Batter & Bloom Bakery offers local pickup and delivery within select Florida service areas. Orders are carefully packaged and transported by us to ensure the highest quality possible.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Once an order has been delivered or picked up, Batter & Bloom Bakery is not responsible for damage caused by improper storage, handling, or environmental conditions.
In-State & Out-of-State Shipping
We are excited to offer shipping on select baked goods throughout Florida and the United States!
All shipped orders are packaged with care and sent through third-party carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Important Shipping Disclaimer
By placing a shipped order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Batter & Bloom Bakery is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date once a package has been accepted by the carrier.
- Tracking information will be provided when available.
- We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees to resend.
- Because baked goods are perishable, refunds or replacements cannot be issued for carrier delays, missed delivery attempts, or packages left unattended.
Product Quality During Transit
Our cookies and other approved baked goods are packaged to help maintain freshness during transit. However, shipping may cause:
- Minor shifting of toppings
- Broken cookies
- Melted chocolate or icing during warm weather
- Changes in appearance due to handling by the carrier
These cosmetic changes do not affect the safety or quality of the product and are not considered grounds for refunds or replacements.
Warm Weather Shipping
Please be aware that Florida and summer temperatures can affect chocolate, icing, and other decorative toppings.
Batter & Bloom Bakery is not responsible for melting or heat-related cosmetic changes that occur during transit as we do our best with packaging to ensure proper quality packaging with heat sealed individual packaging on all items.
Freshness Recommendation
For the best experience, we recommend enjoying your treats within 3–5 days of delivery or freezing them upon arrival according to the included storage instructions.
